The Golden State Warriors are currently in a close matchup against the Toronto Raptors as they try to continue their hot streak.
Of course, the Warriors have been one of the hottest teams in the NBA since the trade deadline when they added Jimmy Butler from the Miami Heat.
Despite this, they are in a tight game in the fourth quarter against the Raptors and they also just made a major announcement regarding their superstar point guard Stephen Curry.
Curry took a hard and scary fall late in the third quarter that was not called a foul by the referees. The star guard then walked gingerly back to the locker room while holding his tailbone.

This is a massive blow for the Warriors, especially with the playoff right around the corner as they try to better their seeding for when the playoffs begin.
Of course, Curry sat out of Tuesday's victory over the Milwaukee Bucks due to rest and he had also been dealing with a back injury over the past few games, but he made his return to the court on Thursday before suffering the pelvic injury on the fall in the third quarter.
With Curry suffering a pelvic contusion, he could be out for just a few days or for multiple weeks depending on the severity of the injury but either way, it is a massive blow to the Warriors this late into the season.
Before exiting, Curry had recorded 17 points on an impressive 6-8 from the field and 2-4 from three-point range, along with two rebounds and one assist in 25 minutes of play.
With Curry suffering the pelvic contusion, the Warriors can now just hope that he will not miss an extended period of time with the playoff right around the corner.
