GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - As the City of Green Bay prepares to host the NFL Draft on April 24, 25, and 26, Green Bay Metro Transit is excited to announce several service adjustments to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
**Key Service Adjustments**:
**Downtown to Titletown Route**: To facilitate easy travel between Downtown Green Bay and the Titletown area, Green Bay Metro Transit is introducing a special route.
This service will provide direct and convenient transportation, ensuring that attendees can easily access all event activities. The route will operate with regular frequency to accommodate the high volume of attendees.
**Modified Routes**: Routes 8 and 9 will operate on detoured paths during the event. Specific detour details are as follows:
Route 8 Detour: April 24-26, with additional detours from April 13-23 and April 28 to May 2 Route 9 Detour: April 22-28.
**GBM On Demand**: This service will maintain its regular schedule and operating hours throughout the event, however there will be many street closures that may limit your drop-off or pickup location.
**Fare Policy**: To facilitate easy travel for all attendees, fares will be waived on the Downtown to Titletown route and GBM On Demand during All Zone times.
**Street Closures**: Several street closures may affect drop-off and pickup locations. Green Bay Metro Transit recommends using its online Bus Tracker for real-time updates on service changes.
