Everton’s new stadium has plenty of people across the Premier League sitting up and taking notice.
The Toffees are the latest club set to leave their historic stadium in Goodison Park for a state-of-the-art new home.
David Moyes’ side have all but sealed their Premier League survival, with a stunning run of form since the 61-year-old returned to Merseyside.
Everton could have added even more points to the board over recent weeks, but they’ve been held to four consecutive draws.
Bruno Fernandes helped Manchester United keep the Blues to a point last month with an impressive free kick.
However, after visiting Goodison Park for one final time, the midfielder has issued a clear message to United’s owner, Sir Jim Ratcliffe.
Over recent weeks, Ratcliffe has taken aim at Everton, but he may now want to pay attention to what is happening on Merseyside.

Ratcliffe has warned Everton against hiring Dan Ashworth, but it would appear he may need to listen to his own players first.
Like Everton, United have plans to leave their historic home, with plans having recently been shared by the club.
Speaking to the United YouTube channel, Fernandes has issued a message to their owners with his appraisal of Everton’s ambition to change stadium.
“I think it’s a very special stadium, with a very good atmosphere. I think and I hope they can recreate that at their new stadium because it’s [Goodison Park] a place very good to go and play because the atmosphere is very nice,” Fernandes said.
“But I think Everton fans and players now have to create new memories in their new stadium, that also looks very good and means the club is going forward and doing something new in trying to make the club better and giving more fans the chance to come to the stadium.”
Bramley-Moore Dock is going to transform Everton’s finances, with the Friedkins expected to double their matchday revenue in the new ground.
And it is apparent Fernandes views this as a real sign of ambition from Everton, something he would like to see United follow given Ratcliffe’s recent comments on their own finances.
Bruno Fernandes loves playing at Goodison Park
The 30-year-old is not alone in praising Everton’s home, with Ruben Amorim hailing the Goodison Park atmosphere in February.
Fernandes was able to kickstart United’s comeback last month as his free kick dragged his side back into the game.
The United captain even said in the club interview that he enjoys playing at stadia like Goodison which provides a good atmosphere.
“Obviously, the Everton fans will be really happy with their new stadium, how big of a stadium with better conditions. I think it’s always good to stay with the memories that stadium has gifted football over the years,” he added.
“I made some very good memories there; my first league away goal was there. So, very good memories there and it’s an iconic stadium.”
