Aaron Rodgers is one of the most followed athletes in the NFL. Since joining the league in 2005, he’s won the Super Bowl, four MVP titles, and at his best arguably played the position better than anyone ever has.
That being said, his off-field life has certainly made just as many headlines. That continued this week when one of his ex-girlfriends decided to make a major change.

Danica Patrick, former racecar driver, intends to try out a new sport in the near future.
Patrick is a former NASCAR and IndyCar competitor who is quite the athlete. Having won the 2008 Indy Japan 300 and participating in the NASCAR Cup Series, she remains one of the most successful female drivers in history:
The Wisconsin native broke multiple barriers in racing, becoming the first woman to win an IndyCar Series race, also registering the most starts, most laps led, and top tens in the NASCAR Scup Series.
Danica, one of just 14 drivers to have led both of the aforementioned competitions, has been retired since 2018. However, the former model has been staying active, keeping a steady workout regimen while also hitting the golf course pretty regularly.
It appears that the above is not enough, as Danica has announced that she’s taking up a new sport.
She has revealed she’s started taking tennis lessons and has long-term health in mind. Studies have shown that people who participate in racket sports tend to live longer than those who do not, something Danica is aware of, having shared a clip noting a study on the subject to her Instagram Stories and captioning it, “Hence the tennis lessons.”

The seventh season of ‘Drive to Survive’ has notably missed Danica Patrick.
In the most recent installment, she is replaced by 2009 Formula 1 World Champion Jenson Button who was part of the sixth season.
Given her involvement in the political scene, her absence has sparked some speculation, but no official reason was offered. Additionally, Patrick has aligned herself with conservatives Tucker Carlson and Charlie Kirk, as well as the Donald Trump campaign.
