Postgame

90'+1

Added timeThree minutes at the end of this one.

90'

Chances have dried upIt hasn't been an overly thrilling final ten minutes. Justin Devenny throws a cross into the breadbasket of Gregor Kobel and it looks like this game is heading for a draw.

79'

And now a great save from Pierce Charles as he dives low to his left to turn away a powerful header from Vargas off a great cross by Alvyn Sanches!

76'

What a save!

So close to a debut goal for Jamie Donley as he comes to the near post to meet Justin Devenny's corner but his flicked effort is superbly turned over the crossbar by Gregor Kobel!

Good work from the young forward to out-manoeuvre his man on the edge of the box and get the shot away, but Cedric Zesiger is able to make the block behind.

Change in momentumNorthern Ireland were having some nice forays before they made their subs but the switch seems to have halted their momentum, with Switzerland now doing most of the pressing.

It's another Shea Charles free-kick that causes the damage, the clearing header looping up in the air straight to Galbraith, who chests it down and volleys towards goal... wide! That would have been another cracker.

49'

What a chance for the midfielder to double his and Northern Ireland's tally as a stunning free-kick delivery from Shea Charles lands at Price's feet but he can only direct it over the bar from six yards!

Half-time

45'+1

Added timeJust one minute.

41'

Another caution as Smyth catches Vincent Sierro. I get that there have been a few fouls in this game but it really feels like the Swedish referee is being a little heavy-handed with his cards.

37'

The striker tussles with Shea Charles and is too aggressive, so he's the latest to be cautioned.

29'

For all the possession that Switzerland have had, their goal comes from a header at a corner and Sierro is the man who both makes the chance - by winning the corner with a wicked cross that Trai Hume can do nothing with but turn behind - and then finishes it by powering in the header at the penalty spot, ghosting into the box and untracked by the Northern Irish defence.

26'

Switzerland have had over 70 per cent possession in this game but Northern Ireland are creating all the chances as Isaac Price drives the ball through for Lee Bonis to run onto but, unfortunately for the striker, Cedric Zesiger is able to get back and make the block on his shot as he gets into the box.
