The Phoenix Suns’ April 1 game against the Milwaukee Bucks has been moved to the national TV spotlight, the league announced Friday.
Phoenix and Milwaukee will now tip things off at 4:30 p.m. on TNT.
The original tip time was slated for 5 p.m.
The change comes after Phoenix has gotten back on track with a pair of wins over Toronto and Chicago.
In those two meetings, guard Devin Booker averaged 34 points per game on 56.5% shooting and 50% from long range. He added another four rebounds and 6.5 assists per game during that span.
Booker’s play has been huge in Phoenix climbing back into the final play-in spot this week.
Ahead of Friday’s games, Phoenix sits 10th in the Western Conference, 2.5 games back from the ninth-seeded Sacramento Kings. Despite their identical records at 33-37, the Suns sit ahead of the Dallas Mavericks thanks to their 3-1 head-to-head record.
Phoenix is back in action Friday night against the Cleveland Cavaliers. The game tips off at 7 p.m. and can be heard on the Arizona Sports app, 98.7 and ArizonaSports.com.
