NFL teams are allocated 30 visits from college football athletes. On Friday, we learned that the Atlanta Falcons will host a member of the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Special teams standout and Alabama Crimson Tide linebacker Que Robinson will visit the Falcons coaching staff regarding the upcoming NFL Draft. The 6-foot-4, 243-pound Robinson redshirted his first year at Alabama in 2020 and spent most of the last four seasons as a member of the special teams unit.
Due to his injury, the Birmingham, AL native did not test at the NFL combine or Alabama's pro day. He will hold a private workout for teams on April 1. Robinson suffered a season-ending elbow injury in November. Before the injury, Robinson led the Tide with 7 tackles for a loss.
More information will be available after his pro day workout regarding where/when he will go in April's NFL Draft, if at all. Below, you can find the scouting report on Robinson from NFL.com.
"Fifth-year senior with a "tweener" body type but glimpses of pro potential. Robinson played primarily on special teams until 2024. He's long and athletic but might be too light for the edge. He needs more schooling and game reps to play off the ball."
"He can run the arc as an edge rusher and has the ability to mismatch guards as an off-ball blitzer or spy mobile quarterbacks. Robinson lacks physicality, but he has enough traits to warrant consideration as a four-phase special-teamer with developmental potential as a hybrid 3-4 linebacker."
Robinson looks to be more of a project pick, but he could be there for Atlanta in the later rounds on day three, or as an undrafted free agent pickup if interested.
