Liverpool will have some injury concerns to be mindful of when they return to Premier League action next month. The Reds are in the midst of the final international break of the campaign - and they are next on top-flight duty on April 2 when they host Everton at Anfield in the Merseyside derby.

Before the two-week hiatus, Liverpool were beaten by Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup Final. Three players were unavailable to head coach Arne Slot for that trip to Wembley Stadium due to injury.

Trent Alexander-Arnold suffered a setback during their Champions League defeat to Paris Saint-Germain. Slot stated that he expects the right-back to return before the end of the season, although an exact timeframe for a return has yet to be confirmed.

Joe Gomez and Conor Bradley are also on the injury list for Liverpool - having both been side-lined for several weeks. It remains to be seen when the duo will return, with the Reds hopeful that both players will feature again before the end of the campaign.

There are fresh concerns for Liverpool to deal with that have emerged during the international break. Alisson Becker is an injury concern for Liverpool after being withdrawn from the Brazil squad. The goalkeeper suffered a head injury during his country's World Cup qualifying win over Colombia, and he's since returned to Merseyside for further assessment.

Elsewhere, Ryan Gravenberch was originally part of the Netherlands squad for a Nations League double-header against Spain, but was withdrawn due to an unspecified injury. It's still unclear the severity of the injury and whether or not it will force the midfielder to be unavailable for when Liverpool are back in action early next month. The Reds will hope to have Gravenberch available when they face Everton in just under two weeks time.

Ibrahima Konate also emerged as a potential injury concern for Liverpool after being substituted at half-time for France in their 2-0 defeat to Croatia on Thursday night. It later emerged, though, that the decision to substitute Konate was made for tactical reasons rather than because of any fitness concerns, handing a welcome boost to the Reds - and head coach Slot.
