Wizards continue a brutal part of their schedule on Saturday evening. After getting one home game after a 7-game road trip, the team return to the road on a back to back, no less, against the New York Knicks.
The Wizards are a bit short handed these days, with a number of their young stars out. They will have to rely on the deeper part of their bench, but that’s plenty of opportunity to get a look at some of their newer players like AJ Johnson and Colby Jones.
For the Knicks, they are trying to stay afloat without their All-NBA, All-Star point guard, Jalen Brunson, who has been out for weeks with an ankle injury. Losers of 3 of their last 4 games, can the Knicks get back on track against the Wizards? Or will the Wizards continue their progression with their young developing roster?
