Jameis Winston’s Wife Reacts to NFL Announcement on Friday

NFL free agency has caused a shift in a couple of teams across the league, helping revamp rosters for the 2025 season.

A few of the most intriguing names heading into free agency were Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson, Sam Darnold and Justin Fields, but a flyer in the mix was also Jameis Winston.

The former Cleveland Brown quarterback recently agreed to a deal with the New York Giants, continuing his career with the struggling NFC franchise.

According to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, Winston agreed to a two-year, $8 million deal with the Giants.

Upon the release of the news, Winston's wife Breion took to social media, sharing her reaction to the news. She posted a teary eyed emoji and a celebratory emoji with lifted hands.

In his lone season with the Browns, Winston posted 13 touchdowns and 2,121 yards with a 61.1 completion percentage. He served as the relief quarterback for Deshaun Watson, who suffered an Achilles injury that had him sidelined for much of last season.

Before playing for the Browns in the AFC, Winston spent four seasons with the New Orleans Saints and five seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Winston will be joining a disgruntled Giants team that finished the season with a 3-14 record, having played Daniel Jones, Drew Lock and Tommy DeVito at quarterback throughout the season.
