Beto agrees with Carlos Alcaraz's claim about ‘screaming’ Everton fans

Beto is having the time of his life at Everton as his £25m transfer fee is finally proving it’s worth.

That’s all thanks to David Moyes who has unlocked the striker with the Toffees.

Even though he’s slowed down in recent weeks, Beto has now broken records at Everton.

It does seem like shades of Sean Dyche’s version of the striker are coming out again as Everton fans have noticed ‘old Beto’.

But this hasn’t stopped Beto’s admiration for the Toffees fanbase, as he loves everything about Goodison Park.

Beto makes a statement about Everton fans at Goodison Park

The way things are going under Moyes it seems like the Scotsman could continue with him up front next season.

Obviously, he needs to make sure complacency doesn’t slip in, as signs are beginning to show again.

“Goodison is so so good. When you do a tackle and win the ball everybody starts screaming – they are crazy,” Beto said.

“They give you some boost of energy and that is a good thing for us players.

“When you play at home you feel like you are doing good they just keep going.”

The English players of the squad like Jordan Pickford and James Tarkowski will be used to the Goodison atmosphere, but players like Beto are still getting used to it but clearly love the noise.

Carlos Alcaraz is someone who shares this love with Beto, as the Argentine is certainly a fan of passion, as he shows this element in his game.

Well, the midfielder shared the same thoughts as Beto, with Alcaraz calling Everton fans ‘crazy’ after his first few games at the club.

The hope with the Bramley Moore-Dock Stadium is that they can take the Goodison atmosphere into the new ground, making it a very difficult place for visiting teams to visit.
