The Phoenix Suns beat the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday night, taking down the best team in the East and earning their third win in a row.
It was a huge night for the team and especially for Kevin Durant, who scored 42 points, six rebounds, and eight assists.
Legion Hoops pointed out that Durant joined LeBron James as the only other player to score 40 points against every NBA team.
This is just further proof of how important and impactful Durant is.
No matter who he plays against, he can put up massive numbers.

Durant is averaging 26.6 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 4.4 assists per game this season, shooting a strong 52.8 percent from the field and 41.7 percent from the three-point line.
Those numbers may be slightly down from last season, but they are still incredibly impressive.
The Suns aren’t in great shape, but if it wasn’t for Durant, they’d be hurting even more.
There is a reason why Durant has been the league’s scoring champion four times.
He finds ways to score all over the court and is a danger up close, at the mid-range, and beyond the three-point line.
At 36 years old, Durant is still doing a lot for his team, but he may not be with them much longer.
There are a lot of rumors about him leaving the Suns in the summer, and teams like the Houston Rockets, San Antonio Spurs, Oklahoma City Thunder, and others are reportedly interested in acquiring him.
No matter where he goes, Durant will continue to be a threat to opposing teams.
If there is one thing Durant can do consistently, it is shoot the basketball well.
