Final Injury Report Before Warriors-Hawks: Will Trae Young Play?

The Golden State Warriors are looking for their first road win against the Atlanta Hawks since 2018.

Playing in Atlanta just once per season, the Warriors get one shot to take the Hawks down on the road.

The 33-36 Hawks are 3-2 in their past five games.

The Warriors enter the matchup on quite a roll, having won ten of their last 11 games. Their mid-season acquisition of Jimmy Butler has played out brilliantly.

Golden State is 16-3 since bringing the star forward onboard at the trade deadline. They look to add to that on Saturday, though they'll have to do so shorthandedly.

During the club's most recent game, Stephen Curry exited the contest late in the third quarter with a pelvic injury.

The superstar guard didn't make the trip to Atlanta as he will be re-evaluated on Monday while the Warriors look to continue their six-game trip.

The Warriors being without Curry will certainly pose issues, though Butler being on the hardwood might give them a chance to retain their solid form.

While Golden State ruled Curry out early, Gary Payton II joins him on the injury report, though he's got a questionable tag with knee inflammation.

On the other side, Atlanta has a hefty injury report. The most notable statuses to keep an eye on are for Caris LeVert and Trae Young.

LeVert is probable with right knee soreness while Young is probable with Achilles tendinitis.

Expect that duo to play, though the Warriors -- led by a strong defensive prowess -- should be able to secure a win over a struggling Hawks squad.
