Cowboys Earning Frequent Flier Miles Visiting Draft Prospects

The Dallas Cowboys coaches and scouts are making their rounds on the Pro Day circuit as they travel to find the best intel on players they are looking at selecting in next month's NFL Draft.

Defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus has made three stops at SEC school workouts. According to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Eberflus visited Tennessee, Georgia and South Carolina.

The two most interesting prospects for our money are at Georgia, where Eberflus got to watch defensive end Mykel Williams and safety Malaki Starks workout and visit with them afterwards.

Both Bulldogs are projected to be first-round selections.

Three Cowboys' assistants were in person at Oregon's Pro Day earlier this week.

Wide receivers coach and former Oregon assistant Junior Adams, offensive line coach Conor Riley and defensive line coach Aaron Whitecotton were all in Eugene to see the numerous draft prospects for the Ducks.

Oregon's best players to watch are offensive tackle Josh Conerly and wide receiver Tez Johnson.

The Cowboys also had a representative in attendance for the individual Pro Day workout by Arizona wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan. McMillan is perhaps the top receiver in the draft and might be gone by the time the Cowboys select at No. 12.

There are still many more Pro Day workouts to be held prior to the draft. Next week the Cowboys will be taking their road show around the state of Texas as Texas, Texas A&M and SMU will feature their draft eligible seniors.

Dallas will also send a host of representatives to Boise, Idaho as Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty works out on Wednesday.
