HONG KONG -- Sunday marks one year since Hong Kong enacted a strict national security ordinance, known as the Article 23 legislation -- a move condemned by critics as a significant curtailment of freedoms.
Yet many, including in the business community, are carrying on normally, despite mounting interference from Beijing in a port sale by one of Hong Kong's biggest conglomerates, CK Hutchison, and other forms of political pressure.
