Bhopal: In a tragic incident, Dr. Pawan Singhal, a renowned veterinarian and yoga enthusiast from Ashoknagar, Madhya Pradesh, passed away on Sunday morning, possibly due to a heart attack.

The incident occurred while he was driving to Tulsi Sarovar Park to conduct his daily yoga class. His car unexpectedly stopped near the park, and he was found unconscious by his followers, who were waiting for him. Despite being rushed to the district hospital, he was pronounced dead upon arrival.

Dr. Singhal was well-known for his dedication to fitness and yoga. Over the past six years, he earned admiration for his physical endurance, including completing a 100-km run from Ashoknagar to Guna and back in 11 hours. On the morning of his passing, Dr. Singhal had arrived at the park around 4:45 a.m., following his routine of running 2 km before leading his yoga class. When he didn't step out of his car as usual, his followers grew concerned. They found him unconscious and rushed him to the hospital, where an ECG confirmed his death.

Dr. Singhal's death is suspected to have been caused by a silent heart attack, according to medical experts. Dr. D.K. Bhargava, civil surgeon of Ashoknagar District Hospital, explained that silent heart attacks can occur without noticeable symptoms, even in seemingly healthy individuals.

A beloved figure in Ashoknagar, Dr. Singhal was known as a "yoga guru" for his decade-long commitment to promoting health and wellness through yoga and spiritual practices.

His disciplined lifestyle and dedication to healthy living earned him widespread admiration. Just a day before his passing, he had shared updates on his yoga and yajna sessions on Facebook, reflecting his ongoing commitment to holistic well-being.

Authorities confirmed that his death was natural, and no post-mortem was required.
