The Philadelphia Eagles may be the first team in NFL history to reach the top of the mountain, and have no idea what they should be feeling once they get there.
It truly is incredible.
Following their 40-22 blowout win over the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX, many prominent Eagle players have spoken about the "let-down" that comes from being a Champion.
Among those now on the list? Wide receiver DeVonta Smith.
Speaking on the 7pm in Brooklyn podcast, the former Heisman Trophy winner and first round pick of the Eagles made his thoughts clear on what life has been like knowing he is a part of NFL history.
"I'm gonna be real with you," Smith said. "For me, you know, I've played at the biggest game on every stage. I think for me, the Super Bowl, it felt like that just because I was at home. It was just the emotion of me being home, but like once we won, it was just kinda like, eh."

Smith isn't the first to say this on the roster. His receiving counterpart A.J. Brown made a post on the day of the team's parade stating how he lives for the chase of all-time greatness and the Super Bowl did little for him.
Either the Eagles have a bunch of psychopaths that physically cannot feel joy, or they know they have an all-time great team and no one is settling for a single Lombardi Trophy.
No matter what the answer is, that is truly terrifying for the rest of the league at this point.
