Everton boss David Moyes is considered one of the best managers in the Premier League.
David Moyes has been a stalwart of the Premier League since the turn of the century and has rebuilt his career since his failed Manchester United experiment.
The Scotsman won West Ham the UEFA Conference League in 2023 and led them to multiple European campaigns.
Moyes has now completely turned Everton’s season around since replacing Sean Dyche in January as his side are now 17 points clear of the bottom three having gone nine games unbeaten in the league.
And, when you take a look at the level of detail he goes into behind the scenes, it’s easy to why he’s been such a successful manager.

David Moyes often rewords Everton’s programme notes to make sure it’s spot on
David Moyes is the true embodiment of a manager as he likes to control all aspects of the football operation.
Moyes wants to have a big say on recruitment and is eyeing two of his former colleagues at West Ham ahead of the summer window.
He even has a major influence on how messages are communicated in the programme and will often make amendments to what the ghost writer has written, according to the Liverpool Echo.

Moyes is often rewording the words right up until the publishing deadline to ensure supporters are reading the exact message he wants to send out.
That’s how much of a perfectionist he is and it’s clearly paying dividends as Everton are one of the most in form teams in the division.
Premier League table since Moyes rejoined
Since Moyes returned to the club at the turn of the year, Everton have picked up the fifth most points in the division.
Only Arsenal, Crystal Palace, Brighton and Liverpool have amassed more points than the injury-stricken Toffees, which is pretty remarkable.

Once Iliman Ndiaye returns, who is currently out with a medial ligament injury, the draws will start to turn into wins.
At the moment, Everton have hit a wall and the goals are beginning to dry up a little, so clearly they’re missing Ndiaye’s creativity.
Ndiaye is expected to make major progress this month and may be back in action shortly after the international break.
