SEOUL -- A South Korean court ruled Monday to restore Prime Minister Han Duck-soo to office, a move that comes as the nation awaits a ruling in the impeachment trial of President Yoon Suk Yeol.
The Constitutional Court announced in a press release that presiding judges deemed the evidence insufficient to uphold Han's impeachment, with seven justices voting to reject impeachment and one to uphold it.
