The group, headed up by US billionaire Bill Foley, owns English Premier League side Bournemouth, and is involved with Lorient in France, A-League expansion club Auckland FC, and Japanese side Kyoto Sanga, and is close to adding Portuguese top-flight outfit Moreirense to the stable.
But with interest growing in the prospect of the NFL team's business arm, 49ers Enterprises, adding a second football team to its portfolio after completing a takeover of Leeds United in 2023, Bezbatchenko played down the chances of the Black Knights looking to strike a similar deal with the Easter Road club.
Referencing the fact that it is a little over 12 months since Foley got involved with Hibs, Bezbatchenko said: "We have had conversations like that and honestly, we're happy where we're at.
"The relationship is still in the beginning stages and with recruitment, data, the performances, we have so much we want to do on the processes and structures before we start talking about further investment or increasing shares.
"None of that has been discussed, so I think we're happy where we're at. Could trophies and success change that? Well, I don't want to answer hypotheticals."

The 49ers' interest in the Ibrox side is the latest instance of Americans eyeing up involvement in Scottish football with US involvement in Aberdeen, Dundee, Dundee United, Hibs, and St Johnstone.
Asked what the attraction is for Americans, executive director Ian Gordon said: "The UK and Scotland have that heritage of football; we don't have that back home. It's just different from how soccer or American football is.
“I think Americans want to tap into that because it's not something that they're able to have back home. I think they see all the opportunities now with all the docu-series that are coming out and the fame that people can get from football and how they can grow their football clubs. I think it's a huge desire for Americans.
"It's not something that is passed down from generation to generation [back home] but there's real history here," he added.
