The Aaron Rodgers free agency saga continues.
He's been linked with the Minnesota Vikings, New York Giants and Pittsburgh Steelers for much of the offseason, but one insider believes the list has been narrowed down t one team.
Rodgers recently spent two seasons with the New York Jets and the two parted ways after the 2024 season, leaving the 41-year-old quarterback looking for a new home to continue the latter half of his NFL career.
A recent article by Mike Florio at Pro Football Network revealed the favorite to land Rodgers. Florio mentioned that he believes the "safe bet" for Rodgers to continue his career is signing with the Steelers.
"Regardless, the signs are pointing to Rodgers landing in Pittsburgh for 2025," Florio said. "Could it change? Yes. Again, it's a "safe bet" it won't."
Rodgers visited the Steelers on Friday, as Florio mentioned, so there seems to be smoke with the prediction.

Last season, the Steelers posted a 10-8 record, including a playoff loss to the Baltimore Ravens, led by 10-time Pro Bowl quarterback Russell Wilson.
Wilson finished the season with 16 touchdowns and 2,482 yards.
Rodgers led the Jets to a 5-12 record, recording 28 touchdowns and 3,897 yards with a 63.0 completion percentage.
While Rodgers is clearly on the latter half of his career, he could make an immediate impact on the Steelers, who have the necessary weapons to have a quality offense.
Pittsburgh recently traded for wide receiver DK Metcalf and already have rising star George Pickens rostered, so a marriage between Rodgers and the Steelers seems like a match that could work for both parties.
