Despite plenty of business already being done by Chelsea since the new ownership came in, it is expected that it will be another busy transfer window for the Blues this summer.
It is well documented that the club have spent more than £1billion in transfer fees since Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali took over, with them twice smashing the record for an English transfer with the additions of Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo.
The Blues were busy all the way to the deadline of the last summer transfer window, when they completed a loan for Jadon Sancho, with an obligation to buy.
Chelsea are having second thoughts on completing that deal though, with them needing to pay a small fee to opt out of signing Sancho should they decide to.

Every player Chelsea want to sell this summer
Any transfer business the Blues want to complete this summer is going to rely on them being able to moving on a number of players who do not look as if they have a future at the club, many of which already being on loan away.
Fabrizio Romano recently revealed six of those players who are already out of the plans for next season, with them signed for a combined fee of £255m.
He said: “Chelsea want to sell players in the summer to fund a move for a striker. A striker is going to be really important, I expect an important summer for Chelsea.
Selling players is absolutely crucial, so let me mention some names. There are some players on loan who are not going to be part of the Chelsea project.

“Axel Disasi (£39m) is on loan at Aston Villa, but the idea is to sell Disasi, it’s over for Disasi at Chelsea, so the idea is to sell the player in the summer, to Aston Villa or any other club. Ben Chilwell (£50m), on loan to Crystal Palace. I’m told that it’s over. So, another player who will be sold in the summer transfer window.
“Raheem Sterling (£50m), on loan at Arsenal, is going to return to Chelsea at the end of the season, Arsenal are not signing the player on a permanent transfer, but Chelsea’s intention is to sell Sterling and find a new club.
“Armando Broja, Chelsea have big respect, a player coming from the academy, a good talent, but Chelsea are not believing in Broja as a player who can be an important part of the squad for the future, so I also expect Broja to be on the market.
“And then, there is Joao Felix (£45m). The expectation is for Joao Felix to return to Chelsea. Milan at the moment are not proceeding with any negotiation, so at the moment the situation is quiet. He has a good chance of returning, and then they will assess. If Chelsea get a good proposal, I think there is a good possibility for him to leave on a permanent transfer.”
Chelsea’s summer transfer window striker plans
It has been reported that Chelsea are prepared to ‘go big’ in the transfer market this summer as they look to address the issues that have become apparent in Enzo Maresca’s first season in charge.
The striker position is one that there are plenty of options for, with Chelsea still holding admiration for Victor Osimhen after a failed effort to sign him last summer.
They are also very keen on the addition of Liam Delap, with them reportedly looking to make signings early this summer.
Delap is keen on joining Chelsea, with him feeling he has a realistic chance of breaking into the starting side ahead of the current options at the club.
