Manchester United have seen a couple of name changes recently. Chido Obi has dropped 'Martin' from his name, and fellow Dane Patrick Dorgu is now listed as Patrick Chinazaekpere Dorgu. Dorgu's full name now graces his profile on the United website, teamsheets, and the squad list in the United Review programme.

The change was requested by Dorgu's family, reflecting their Nigerian heritage and religious beliefs. The name Chinazaekpere translates to 'God answers prayers' in Igbo. Dorgu, 20, made the move to United from Lecce during the winter transfer window for an initial £25million, potentially rising to £29m. He has since made six appearances but was sidelined for three games following a red card in the 3-2 Premier League victory over Ipswich Town.

Having served his three-match ban, the Denmark international will be back in action when United take on Nottingham Forest in the Premier League next Tuesday.

Dorgu played a crucial role in United's 4-1 Europa League triumph over Real Sociedad, earning the decisive penalty and drawing the foul that resulted in Jon Aramburu's dismissal.

Reflecting on his performance, Dorgu said earlier this month: "I obviously saw Ruben in Sporting and could already see the ideas he had. A really attacking system and I would like to get in the box and score goals.

"He (Amorim)'s talking about, obviously, the connection with the other players, the midfielders, the 10s, it's the connections, a lot of deep runs and movement.

"It was not nice to get the red card but it is football and I just need to learn from this and improve my game. I am settling in Manchester, the training is good."

Dorgu featured prominently in Denmark's Nations League clashes against Portugal last week, providing an assist for Christian Eriksen's simple finish in Denmark's heavy 5-2 loss in Lisbon on Sunday evening.
