Alisson Becker has shared a heart-warming video after returning to England, having been forced to withdraw from the Brazil squad because of injury. The Liverpool goalkeeper suffered a head injury in the Selecao’s 2-1 victory over Colombia on Friday.
The shot-stopper suffered a suspected concussion following a clash of heads with Davinson Sanchez and was replaced after 78 minutes. Following initial tests, it was confirmed that he had been released from international duty.
Liverpool would laterrelease a statement, confirming that Alisson was travelling back to Merseyside and would undergo assessment from the Reds' medical staff. The Brazilian would later take to Instagram to allay any injury fears.

Posting a selfie, showcasing the ill-effects of the collision, Alisson wrote: "Hey guys, just to let you know I'm fine. Just have to follow the protocols! Thanks for the messages," alongside a love heart emoji and a folded hands emoji.
The Brazilian has now returned to England ahead of undergoing further assessment back at Liverpool, and has shared a heart-warming video, initially posted by his wife Natalia, of the moment he was welcomed home by his family.
Arriving back at Manchester airport after walking through customs with his suitcase, Alisson’s son is seen running towards him and leaps into his arms as the goalkeeper picks him up for a big hug.
Alisson is then seen laughing before pointing at the camera before kissing his young son on the cheek and giving him another big hug.
Natalia initially posted the video, tagging Alisson on her Instagram story along with a love heart emoji.

Liverpool are back in action at home to Everton on Wednesday 2 April, with Alisson having enough time to recover to be available to face the Blues even if required to complete full concussion protocols before returning to training.
Arne Slot is expected to offer an injury update next Tuesday at his pre-match press conference ahead of the Merseyside derby, with Ryan Gravenberch also withdrawing from international duty and Ibrahima Konate suffering a knock.
The Reds are already without the services of Trent Alexander-Arnold, Conor Bradley, Joe Gomez and Tyler Morton.
