Everton have made some incredible demands for some of their most expensive seats at Bramley-Moore Dock, and those demands might need to be reduced.
The Toffees held their second test event at Bramley-Moore Dock on Sunday (23 March) as the club’s Under-21s recorded a 1-0 victory over Bolton B.
However, just like the first test event, there were issues for Everton fans on the day.
Transport once again seemed to be the main problem, with Everton fans left amused by an “unbelievable” announcement during the second test event.
However, it appears that issues getting in and out of the ground aren’t the only problem that Everton are currently facing in regard to their impending move to Bramley-Moore Dock.

Everton struggling to sell luxury packages at Bramley-Moore Dock
As reported by Alan Nixon via his Patreon (23 March), Everton are charging over £200,000-a-season for some of the executive boxes at Bramley-Moore Dock.
Nixon has described these figures as “staggering”, with the Toffees yet to have sold many of their top-priced luxury hospitality packages for the 2025-26 season.
And ex-Goodison scout Bryan King – speaking exclusively to Goodison News – has urged Everton to reduce the prices of these luxury boxes at Bramley-Moore Dock.
“If Everton are looking to recoup money, they need to sell out these boxes,” King said.

“It sounds like they’re charging an awful lot of money. I would have thought anywhere between £100,000-150,000 would have been more reasonable, certainly for the first and second seasons.
“Those figures might perhaps then come down as time goes on. I mean £200,000 is an awful lot of money for any business.”

Everton need to remember they’re ‘The People’s Club’
Luxury seems to be a priority at Bramley-Moore Dock, with a VIP test event mooted at Everton’s new home. However, the Toffees also need to remember what they stand for.
While it is all well and good looking to make as much money as possible, charging £200,000-a-season for seats in their new stadium isn’t exactly the greatest look for a club which has come to be known as ‘The People’s Club’ through its illustrious history.
