The Pittsburgh Steelers have had a relatively quiet offseason with two exceptions. Making a trade to bring in star wideout D.K. Metcalf and playing the waiting game with free agent quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who has yet to provide an answer on where he'll play next season.
As rumors continue to swirl about the possible trade of receiver George Pickens, the NFL world got an update on a free agent wideout who was injured last season.
Stefon Diggs tore his ACL in Week 8 last season while playing with the Houston Texans. The former Minnesota Vikings and Buffalo Bills receiver had 47 receptions for 496 yards and three touchdown catches up to that point.
Now, Diggs is a free agent and looking for a new home as he continues his recovery. Recent reports from ESPN's Mike Reiss indicate he's coming along nicely and could be ready for football activities soon.
Diggs will turn 32 during the next NFL season and teams, like the Steelers, who could use some veteran wideout help, will be watching closely.
The former Maryland Terrapin hit the 1,000-yard mark for six straight seasons - two in Minnesota and four in Buffalo. It might be closer to the start of the preseason or even the regular season before teams take a serious look at Diggs.

By then, the Steelers (hopefully) have their quarterback situation handled and will have a better idea of what the offense will look like.
