Everton have now held two test events at Bramley-Moore Dock, although things haven’t gone as smoothly as the club might have hoped.
The Toffees will move from Goodison Park to Bramley-Moore Dock next season.
After Everton’s first test event at the new ground, Liverpool City Council were expected to act as issues emerged, particularly regarding transport.
However, during the second test event on Sunday (23 March), a 1-0 win for Everton’s Under-21s against Bolton B, it was made clear that a lot of these issues haven’t been rectified after an “unbelievable” development.

Everton fans experience issues once again at Bramley-Moore Dock
Issues for Everton supporters getting in and out of Bramley-Moore Dock once again surfaced on Sunday.
MORE TOFFEES STORIES
During half-time, it was announced that there would be no Merseyside Rail trains running on the Southport line, which was met by laughter from fans in attendance according to Liverpool Echo reporter Tony Scott (23 March), who branded the situation “Unbelievable.”
Therefore, ex-Goodison scout Bryan King – speaking exclusively to Goodison News – claims the Liverpool City Council need to act on these issues.
“I think there are problems such as these at all football grounds, think about Wembley,” King said.
“However, having said that people don’t want to pay money to go to a brand new football stadium where they might end up missing the beginning of the game.

“Bramley-Moore Dock has been built over the past two years. Surely they’ve been planning for this. The Liverpool City Council, and the companies running the train services, need to take action. They need to make sure the transport services can handle 50,000-plus supporters.
“This is down to Liverpool City Council working in conjunction with Everton and the local transport services. Everton are getting things in order with the stadium, so it is time for the Liverpool City Council to get their act together. Make sure there are enough trains to accommodate these supporters.”

Everton still have issues to iron out ahead of move to BMD
Everton supporters will be excited about the move to Bramley-Moore Dock. However, there appear to be plenty of issues left to iron out.
As well as issues regarding travel and logistics, Everton have had some problems with sales.
Therefore, with a third test event at Bramley-Moore Dock mooted, fans will hope these issues are all sorted ahead of August.
