Gyokeres has €100 million release clause in his current contract. But, Sporting are now ready to let him leave for a prive less than that. Man United are also willing to sign the Swedish striker but it will prove very hard for them if they fail to qualify for UCL next season.
Gyokeres has been superb for Sporting since joining them in 2023. He ended last season with 43 goals and 14 assists in 50 matches. He has carried that form this season and has so far scored 40 goals along with 9 assists in 41 games. Hence he can be a great addition to the Premier League having already played on English soil.
