The Celtics have been taking care of business on a West Coast road trip, sweeping aside the Jazz and Trail Blazers to extend their winning streak to five ahead of a Monday visit to Sacramento.

Jayson Tatum got hot in the second half in Portland, finishing with 30 points as Boston claimed a comfortable win despite the absences of Jrue Holiday, Jaylen Brown, and Kristaps Porzingis.

Holiday and Porzingis are expected to be available Monday. Jaylen Brown (knee) and Sam Hauser (back) are questionable, while Al Horford (toe) has been ruled out for the second half of a back-to-back.

The Kings, once in a strong position to make the playoffs, have fallen back to the pack with six losses in their last eight. Sacramento currently sits in ninth place but has multiple teams nipping at its heels for a play-in spot.

The Kings beat the Celtics, 114-97, at TD Garden in the first meeting between the two teams this season.
