The Minnesota Timberwolves and Indiana Pacers are two mid-level playoff-caliber teams that are fighting for prime positioning right now. Minnesota has a 41-31 record and is in seventh place in the Western Conference just half a game behind the sixth-place Golden State Warriors, while the Pacers are in fourth place at 41-29.
The Timberwolves have won nine of their last 11 games, making them one of the NBA's hottest teams right now, and they want nothing more than to continue that momentum.
Both teams will face off against each other in Indiana on Monday. Superstar guard Anthony Edwards was listed as questionable for this game, but he has now been upgraded to available.

Edwards, who is in his fifth NBA season, continues to elevate his game and production. He is one of a handful of players who can single-handedly will his team to victory, and he can do so on both ends of the floor.
He comes into Monday's game with averages of 27.5 points, 5.8 rebounds and 4.6 assists a game, and he's shooting 40% from 3-point range this season. He has upped his offensive production since the start of 2025, and he makes Minnesota an underrated and sneaky team.
