Elon Musk said yesterday that members of his so-called Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) team were getting death threats on a daily basis and that “bad people” want to kill him.

The tech billionaire and adviser to US president Donald Trump took his place at the far end of the cabinet table wearing a “Trump was right about everything” cap.
