Jude Bellingham sends two-word message to Aston Villa's Morgan Rogers after England's 3-0 win vs Latvia

Morgan Rogers made his first start in an England shirt against Latvia as Thomas Tuchel’s side won 3-0, thanks to goals from Reece James, Harry Kane and Eberechi Eze.

Rogers played in a midfield that featured Jude Bellingham and Declan Rice as the Three Lions were dominant for much of the contest.

Morgan Rogers would have been delighted to have been tasked to play in his favoured number 10 position and it was evident as he had a bright game.

Much like he often does at Aston Villa, the 22-year-old took on his man, was fearless and brought plenty of flair and energy into England’s midfield against Latvia.

Pep Guardiola described Rogers as an “exceptional” player and that was clear to see as he made his mark on proceedings.
