The latest Man Utd injury news and expected return dates ahead of the Premier League clash with Nottingham Forest next week.

Manchester United could still be without 10 players when they face Nottingham Forest in the Premier League next week. Ruben Amorim's side are not back in action until Tuesday night and will watch on as the FA Cup quarter-finals take place this weekend.

United have been handed fresh encouragement Amad Diallo could return ahead of schedule, while the injury Ayden Heaven sustained against Leicester is not understood to be as severe as first feared. There are still a few players with unclear injury situations, while Lisandro Martinez could miss the majority of the calendar year after he underwent successful surgery.

Amorim will give an update on his playing squad ahead of the trip to the City Ground, with two players in early contention to return to the matchday squad against Forest. Here is all the latest injury news and expected return dates ahead of the next match:

Harry Maguire - 1 April vs Nottingham Forest (A)

Maguire has missed the last four matches due to a minor injury issue, but could be back in the squad to face Nottingham Forest after the international break.

Leny Yoro - 1 April vs Nottingham Forest (A)

Yoro is expected to return shortly after the international break. He could be in the squad to face Nottingham Forest early next week.

Kobbie Mainoo - 6 April vs Man City (H)

Mainoo will return after the international break but could target a return against Man City rather than the trip to face Nottingham Forest.

Ayden Heaven - 13 April vs Newcastle (A)

Heaven's injury is not as serious as first feared and he could return to training in the coming weeks. There is a hope he will be available again next month.

Amad Diallo - 3 May vs Brentford (A)

Amad is expected to return to action before the end of the season and has hinted that is return is getting closer. United hope he will be available for a possible Europa League final.

Tom Heaton - Unknown

Heaton is also out of action with an unknown injury issue. It is understood he is on the road to recovery, but it is unclear when he might return.

Altay Bayindir - Unknown

Bayindir is still sidelined with an unspecified issue, and there has been no update on his possible return. The Turkish shot-stopper has missed the last nine matches and hasn't been named in a matchday squad on February 2.

Jonny Evans - Unknown
