David Moyes will be given a substantial budget this summer transfer window.
The Friedkin Group were big spenders last summer with Roma and they’re expected to hand David Moyes a lot of cash, too.
Everton will be free from PSR issues at the end of the financial year in June, so they can finally add quality to their squad without having to sell their best talents.
The Friedkin’s want to extend Jarrad Branthwaite’s contract as Manchester United have been showing an interest in his signature.
Moyes is thought to be in the market for a striker, with Hamza Igamane linked to Goodison Park after an impressive season with Rangers.
The Scotsman could also link up with one of his former West Ham United players, who has hinted at a reunion.

West Ham star Vladimir Coufal hints at Everton transfer
Moyes signed Vladimir Coufal for around £5m from Slavia Prague in 2020, and the pair had a great relationship during their time at the London Stadium.
However, since Moyes’ departure last summer, Coufal has found himself on the bench with Aaron Wan-Bissaka the preferred option.

And, when asked about leaving West Ham to reunite with his former boss at Everton, Coufal replied: “When I am free, anything can happen. But my priority is England, the best league in the world. I want to prove to myself week after week that I have what it takes.”
It seems the 32-year-old certainly left the door open for Everton, who will be in the market for a new right-back this summer as Ashley Young and Seamus Coleman are both out of contract.
Coufal will be available on a free transfer
Coufal’s contract at West Ham expires at the end of June and as it stands, it seems he won’t be offered a new one.
So, Everton will be able to sign him on a free transfer and will have the pulling power given Moyes’ relationship with the defender.
Coufal isn’t exactly an inspiring signing for the Toffees, but he’s certainly a reliable addition and would be valuable experience as the club transitions into their new Bramley-Moore Dock Stadium.
Historically, clubs that move stadiums always take a couple of years to find their feet, so it’s important to have some old heads in the dressing room.
