Patrick Leblond is the CN – Paul M. Tellier chair in Business and Public Policy and is an associate professor at the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Ottawa. He is also a senior fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) and an affiliated professor in the Department of International Business at HEC Montréal.
