LA PLATA, Maryland — **European Defense and Space Commissioner Andrius Kubilius** said the commission has a plan to replace **SpaceX’s Starlink broadband** constellation’s support for Ukraine in the event the U.S. government, or Elon Musk, were to order a stop to the Starlink service.

Testifying before the **French National Assembly’s Defense Committee** March 25, Kubilius declined to disclose details of that replacement.
