Tottenham Hotspur eye Enzo Millot after midfielder confirms summer exit plans.
With Yves Bissouma expected to depart in the next transfer window, Tottenham are reportedly shifting their focus to a young French midfielder who has established himself as one of the Bundesliga’s most consistent performers in recent years.
VfB Stuttgart’s Enzo Millot has now made a significant statement about his future as the summer transfer window approaches.
The youngster looks forward to Prem action
Monaco Academy graduate Enzo Millot has exceeded expectations this season, showcasing exceptional form.
The midfielder has delivered eight goals and seven assists in 37 appearances for Stuttgart, drawing interest from Tottenham, Arsenal, and Al-Nassr, according to Thursday’s edition of Bild. Currently with the France U21 squad, Millot addressed reporters at the camp, expressing his desire to move to a new club in the summer transfer window.
The youngster, speaking to BILD, revealed his future plans
“A departure? Yes, of course, that’s a goal I’ve set for myself. To be able to take a step forward.”
Bild further reports that Tottenham and Arsenal could go head-to-head for Stuttgart’s Enzo Millot in the summer transfer window.
Despite his contract running until 2028, neither club will have to overspend to secure his services. Millot’s deal includes a release clause of just under €20 million (£16.7 million), making him an affordable target for both North London sides.

Millot represents an appealing option for Tottenham, particularly after their issues in midfield. Spurs have struggled to create any real opportunities from the centre of the park and haven’t worked hard enough in that zone. Given that James Maddison isn’t getting better with each game, a promising ball carrier like Millot could be a solid investment for the club.
There could still be questions around support, though. Rebuilding a number of major pieces in the summer is a priority for the Spurs in the midfield, and it is also important to make them stronger.
