West Ham could be set for a big summer revamp in the transfer window, with some senior players potentially heading towards the exit door.
It has been a disappointing season for the Hammers, but there is hope that Graham Potter can help revitalise them after a disastrous few months under Julen Lopetegui at the start of the campaign.
There is plenty to do over the summer window, and Potter will aim to make his mark on the squad. This could result in some experienced players leaving and making way for younger talents.

Veteran defender Vladimir Coufal is one of the experienced players who could depart, with the right-back out of contract at the end of the season.
With the 32-year-old potentially on his way out, West Ham appear to be targeting a younger option to replace him.

Coufal recently admitted he was torn over a move to Fulham in the winter transfer window after they offered great terms, but the Irons blocked any possible switch.

The Guardian have now reported that West Ham have looked at teenage right-back Lucas Hogsberg, from Danish side FC Nordsjaelland.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka is the first-choice right-back under Potter, and Hogsberg could serve as a young understudy as well as a talent for the future, whilst replacing Coufal.

Who is West Ham target Hogsberg?
Hogsberg is an 18-year-old defender who is capable of playing across the back line and has enjoyed a stunning first-team breakthrough this season.
Although predominantly used as a centre-back, he may be more useful as a full-back and has played on both flanks, and originally played as a right-back at youth level before moving central.
Hogsberg has made 23 first-team appearances and would arrive as a defender with plenty of room to grow, but with the talent to make an impact in the squad next season.
Despite his young age and lack of experience, Hogsberg has already earned international acclaim and was named in the senior Denmark squad for their recent UEFA Nations League clashes against Portugal.
This signing would signal that West Ham are looking to invest in their future, and they believe that younger rising talents can boost the first-team squad rather than more veterans.
