Everton are expected to undergo a transformative summer transfer window.
David Moyes will have cash to spend as PSR issues are set to be lifted at the end of the financial year in June.
Everton have had to operate on a shrewd budget for years, which has seen them plummet into multiple relegation battles.
But financial problems will be a thing of the past under the Friedkin Group, as the Toffees prepare to move into their new Bramley-Moore Dock stadium.
Everton’s new ground will generate around £40m extra in revenue every year, so Moyes will be able to add some real quality players to his squad.
And, with that said, West Ham United could start a transfer domino, which would see a £19m star make the switch to Goodison Park.

Everton could miss out on Chris Rigg but sign Tomas Soucek instead
Everton have previously shown an interest in Sunderland’s ‘wonderkid’ Chris Rigg, but now, it seems West Ham United are in the driving seat.
That’s according to The Guardian, who claim the Hammers are lining up a summer move for the 17-year-old.
MORE EVERTON STORIES
If West Ham do land Rigg, it could free up Tomas Soucek to leave the London Stadium and indeed, Everton would be the most likely suitors.
Soucek has a great relationship with Moyes, and there has been a lot of speculation about the Czech international reuniting with his former manager on Merseyside.
West Ham paid £19m for Soucek in 2020, so they’d likely want to recoup most of that fee, given he still has two years left on his contract.
Vladimir Coufal could also join Everton
Vladimir Coufal could join Soucek at Everton, as Moyes will be in the market for a new right-back this summer.
Ashley Young and Seamus Coleman are out of contract at the end of June, so Coufal could become a viable replacement.
And, when asked about the prospect of joining Everton, the 32-year-old said: “When I am free, anything can happen. But my priority is England, the best league in the world.
“I want to prove to myself week after week that I have what it takes.”
