Argentina claimed a 4-1 win over Brazil with goals from Julian Alvarez, Enzo Fernandez, Alexis Mac Allister and Giuliano Simeone in a game that featured several Serie A players, including Como duo Nico Paz and Maxi Perrone, Atalanta’s Ederson and Bologna’s Benja Dominguez.

Paredes and Rodrygo wound up in an argument midway through, with the Brazilian reportedly telling the Roma midfielder that he had not been playing well on the night.

Multiple outlets claim that Paredes responded by saying something along the lines of: “I’ve won a World Cup and two Copa Americas, you zero.”
