After a lacklustre start to the season, Enzo Fernandez has been one of Chelsea’s best performers this term.
At one stage, Enzo Maresca even dropped the 24-year-old for Romeo Lavia. But since returning to the team, he has been amazing.
In total, Fernandez has scored five goals and provided nine assists in 35 appearances, which is not bad for a midfielder.

Enzo Fernandez has created five chances in four different games for Chelsea
At times, Fernandez has looked like Cesc Fabregas with his passing and creativity, with the Argentine putting up some really impressive numbers.
For example, according to StatsMuse FC, Fernandez is the only player in the Premier League this season to create five or more chances in four different games.
The Argentina international may not be the most athletic footballer at Chelsea or the best tackler, but he certainly knows how to find his teammates.

Maresca will be hoping for more of the same when the Premier League returns next week, as Chelsea have a huge fixture.
The Blues take on fierce rivals Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge, knowing that a win will keep them in the top four.
It is a game that you would expect Fernandez to start, with Lavia perhaps coming into the side to offer more protection.

Fernandez really impressed the Argentine media with his display, while he also helped his nation to win their game versus Uruguay last Friday.
For both club and country, the former Benfica star is performing. Maresca needs him to maintain this form, as Chelsea have a lot to play for between now and the end of the campaign.
