Iran has revealed a new underground “missile city” in a video showing a facility housing ballistic missiles.

The footage, released Tuesday by the Tasnim news agency, shows the site described as “one of hundreds of missile cities” run by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

General Mohammad Bagheri and Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh were filmed in a military vehicle driving past missile racks and launchers in tunnels.

This comes amid tensions with the U.S. and Israel over Iran’s nuclear program. President Trump has sent Iran a letter urging nuclear negotiations.

Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, has said that direct negotiations with the United States are currently impossible without fundamental changes.

Araghchi discussed Iran’s position on the JCPOA nuclear agreement and the possibility of indirect negotiations.

“We are prepared for war but do not seek it,” said Araghchi, adding that Iran “has tried negotiations with America many times,” with the JCPOA being one example.

He clarified that revival talks during both the Rouhani and Raisi administrations were conducted indirectly.
