David Moyes could potentially be reunited with West Ham United defender Vladimir Coufal at Everton in the upcoming transfer window.
The Scottish manager returned to the Toffees earlier this year after being out of a job since leaving the Hammers last summer.
Moyes has enjoyed relative success at Goodison Park in recent weeks as the Blues have gone on an eight-game unbeaten run.
The Scottish manager must be backed by The Friedkin Group (TFG) in the Premier League to make further progress next season.

Everton need reinforcements next transfer window
Everton will undoubtedly need to reinforce their squad next summer as the future of multiple players is uncertain.

Moyes should reunite with Coufal at Bramley-Moore Dock
Coleman may be set for an off-field role at Everton, with his playing career seemingly coming to an end after consistent fitness issues.
Young could potentially not be part of the Toffees as they move to Bramley-Moore Dock at the start of next season.
Nathan Patterson’s future at Goodison Park is also up in the air, and his departure could leave Moyes with a dearth of options at full-back.
That’s where Coufal comes in, and his situation at West Ham could present Everton with an opportunity to complete a bargain transfer in the coming months.
The Czechia international’s current contract expires at the end of the season, and when asked about a potential move to the Blues, he told iDNES (25 March): “When I am free, anything can happen. But my priority is England, the best league in the world. I want to prove to myself week after week that I have what it takes.”
Coufal has lost his place at West Ham after Aaron Wan-Bissaka arrived at the London Stadium, and the right-back could possibly get a new lease of life at the Merseyside outfit.
The 32-year-old was an influential figure for Moyes during his time at the Hammers as they won the UEFA Conference League title together.
TFG may have to recruit several players next summer due to the expiring contracts at the Toffees, stretching the transfer budget thin.
Getting a defender with vast Premier League experience on a free transfer as a short-term solution for the right-back spot would definitely make sense.
Whether a deal for Coufal will be pursued remains to be seen.
