Ousmane Dembele has caused something of a stir online by updating his Instagram profile with a photograph from his days back at Barcelona.
The French star has posted a picture of himself sitting alongside Gavi during a training session. Why? Nobody seems to know and there’s plenty of fans on social media wondering what it all means.
Dembele has always been something of an enigma, with very little known about the winger away from the pitch. He famously stunned his team-mates at Barcelona by getting married when many did not even know he had a partner.
Yet we do know that Dembele had a [close relationship with Gavi](https://www.barcablaugranes.com/barcelona-la-liga/2023/7/10/23789000/ousmane-dembele-tipped-to-be-one-of-barcelonas-four-captains-next-season) during his time in Catalunya. Indeed Gavi famously ran across the pitch to celebrate with an injured Dembele after scoring against Sevilla back in 2023.
As for the current post, Mundo Deportivo think it’s something to do with the fact there’s been a few rumors linking Gavi with a move to PSG this summer.

He’s also vowed to see out the five-year contract he signed at the start of the year.
Just all very strange.
