LA PLATA, Maryland — The **European Commission**’s requirement that almost all components of the **Iris2 multi-orbit secure connectivity constellation** be made in Europe has put stresses on Iris2’s cost and schedule as its builders seek to develop new supply chains, **Eutelsat Group** Chief Executive Eva Berneke said.
