OKLAHOMA CITY (KSWO) - The Oklahoma City Thunder have reached the 60-game win mark, a milestone that hasn’t been reached since the 2012-13 season which featured Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook.
During that 2012-13 season, the Thunder longest winning streak was 12 games and they finished the regular season with a 60-22 record.
But once playoff time came, they couldn’t get the job done. The Thunder would go on to lose to the Memphis Grizzlies in the Western Conference Semi-finals.
Today’s Thunder team has already surpassed the 2012-13 team when it comes to win streaks, with a 15-game win streak that came to an end Jan. 8.
With only 10 games left for the Thunder this season, the question is: will this squad surpass 60 wins and reach that 70-game win mark and how far will they make it in the playoffs?
