We are only a few weeks away from the end of the regular season, and the Los Angeles Lakers are fighting for playoff seeding with only 11 games left. LeBron James is back from his groin injury at the right time and will continue to play a huge role in the Lakers' pursuit of home-court advantage in the first round.
While defying all odds and proving the impossible, playing at an All-NBA level in his age-40 season, LeBron James keeps making enemies along the way as he has throughout his career.
Hot take aficionado and talking head Stephen A. Smith was the latest hater to feud with LeBron James in recent weeks. After questioning LeBron's parenting for putting his son Bronny in a precarious position in the NBA, Smith was confronted by James courtside during a Lakers game. Smith then addressed the confrontation in his TV appearances, basking in the glory of getting under LeBron's skin.
James, knowing that he is on the right side of the beef, obviously didn't back down. In fact, he reignited the feud on Wednesday when he went on The Pat McAfee Show.
“He’s like on a Taylor Swift tour run right now…He couldn’t wait for the video to come out...”

LeBron James Reignites Beef With Stephen A. Smith in Latest Remarks
James went on a long rant mocking Smith, who he claims is on "a Taylor Swift tour run" right now after the video of the confrontation surfaced.
"The media, including him, he’s gonna be happy as hell, smiling from ear-to-ear when he hears me talking about him. He's gonna get home, grab some ice cream out of the f**** freezer and sit in his chair, in his tidy-whities."

LeBron then added that he has a responsibility to protect the players and the members of his household. Saying that the media has every right to criticize the game and the players, James rightfully argued that those criticisms shouldn't get too personal or cross a line.
Whether and how Smith responds to these remarks made on the same TV station he works for remains to be seen.
