Thunder Give Jalen Williams Update Ahead of Grizzlies Game

The Oklahoma City Thunder will look to extend their winning streak on Thursday when they face off against the Memphis Grizzlies at home.

Oklahoma City enters Thursday's contest amid a seven-game winning streak and they have also won nine of their last 10 games.

They will now look to keep things rolling against a Grizzlies team that has won six of their last 10 matchups.

Ahead of Thursday's game, the Thunder gave an update on their star forward Jalen Williams' availability.

Oklahoma City has listed Williams as questionable once again as he continues to deal with a hip strain.

Thunder's injury report for tomorrow's game against the Grizzlies:

Jalen Williams (hip strain) is questionable

Aaron Wiggins (Achilles tendinitis) is out

Cason Wallace (knee contusion) is questionable

Ousmane Dieng (calf strain) is out

Of course, Williams has been sidelined in the Thunder's last seven games but he did look good in pregame warmups ahead of Tuesday's victory over the Sacramento Kings.

Despite that, the Thunder elected to sit Williams once again but he could make his return on Thursday against Memphis.

With the Thunder already having locked up the top seed in the Western Conference, they are being extremely cautious with Williams to make sure that he is fully healthy ahead of the playoffs.

Oklahoma City has also listed Cason Wallace as questionable for Thursday's game due to a knee contusion that kept him out of Tuesday's game against the Kings.

The Thunder have also ruled out Ousmane Dieng who continues to recover from a calf strain and Aaron Wiggins will also be sidelined for the second consecutive game due to Achilles tendinitis.

Fans can catch Thursday's game between the Grizzlies and Thunder at 8:00 p.m. EST.
