Everton have become part of a multi-club network with Roma under The Friedkin Group which is part of a very common occurrence in modern world football.
The Friedkins are dovetailing between the two after securing Everton in a huge deal from Farhad Moshiri last December.
They have already demonstrated their straight-talking ruthlessness in their actions since arriving, with David Moyes the first major appointment of several expected at key levels inside the club.
Dan Friedkin has led by that example at Roma, too, with no fear to sack managers, make wholesale changes and make their business interests as successful as possible.

Darke discusses Everton and Roma link
Everton and Roma could become a powerful new partnership in European football in years to come, with multi-club ownership now a regular way of building sporting empires.
MORE TOFFEES STORIES
The City Football Group have built a comprehensive network of clubs worldwide, while Red Bull know a thing or two when it comes to this type of link-up – Jurgen Klopp has now been employed to oversee their entire footballing operation.
TV commentator Ian Darke is excited by the potential of a link blossoming between the Toffees and the Giallorossi, which could see Moyes’ squad benefit from the easier acquisition of “talented players” from Serie A.
“I think the Roma connection is a win-win situation,” Darke exclusively told Goodison News.
“I don’t see it as a problem at all, and can in fact open up certain avenues to access some talented players along the way.
“The multi-club ownership is something we’ve seen a lot of recently and I’ve always said it can act as a benefit for clubs to use that network for their squads.”

Moyes will want a war chest in the summer
One believes Moyes surely would not have agreed to jump back into the Everton whirlwind without assurances in place from the Friedkins on summer funds.
Moyes was publicly frustrated by how PSR constraints shackled the Toffees in their mission to strengthen the first-team squad in January. Carlos Alcaraz on loan turned out to be the sole arrival, though no big-hitters departed, either.

TFG added Everton to their network in the winter
Whether it’s a mini-‘war chest’ of sorts or a huge commitment to signing talented stars, Everton will want to be able to stamp down a significant marker sooner rather than later in the market.
No longer do the blue corner of Merseyside wish to be considered to be making up the Premier League numbers. There is a strategy blooming which will excite the fans in time.
