Take a look behind the scenes of Liverpool FC Women's preparations at the AXA Melwood Training Centre on Wednesday.
The Reds return to action on Sunday afternoon in a 2pm BST kick-off at St Helens Stadium.
Aston Villa are the visitors in the Barclays Women's Super League and Amber Whiteley's side have been preparing at their West Derby base ahead of the fixture.
